Philips made an announcement to bring the extra dimension to its Cinema 21:9 TV. It will be ready in this late summer.

The company declared this launch in Barcelona where it launched the rest of its 3D range – the 9000 and 8000 series.

You can get the 9000 series in 32-, 40- and 46-inch screen sizes and the 8000 series in 37-, 40-, 46- and 52-inch.

Both the TV sets will flaunt with Philips’ Ambilight system, Wifi, DLNA and access to Net TV.

Difference being that the 9000 ensures 400Hz refresh rate whereas the 8000’s ensures 200Hz.
