The Center for the Development of Civil Society (CRCD) criticized the Human and Minority Rights Minister’s statement that Yugoslavs cannot be a minority.

CRCD is warning the public that the minister is trying to erase an ethnic minority in a completely arbitrary way. Minister Svetozar Čiplić told a press conference on March 12, that Yugoslavs could not have ethnic minority status or their council because “they were missing a language, script, and literature”.
