Bloomberg says Singapore’s Raffles Education Corp. aims to list China-based Oriental University City after Malaysian state-linked investment company Khazanah Nasional Bhd. agreed to buy a 10% stake.

Following the transaction, Raffles Education and Khazanah intend to list Oriental University by Aug 31 2013 to realise its value, the Malaysian company said in a statement today.

Oriental University operates a campus with aboutu 36,000 students in China’s Hebei Province.
