Fiat India Automobiles Ltd has launched the Linea today at a starting price of Rs 5.98 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.

The Linea is a mid-size saloon that will compete with cars like the Honda City and Ford Fiesta on the price front, but will offer near-Corolla levels of interior space.

It is being offered with two engine options, a 1.4l, petrol and a 1.3l turbodiesel.

It will be offered in three variants, with the top-end model being priced at Rs 8.1 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.

For the safety of the passengers parking sensors, fog lamps, ABS, EBD, two airbags and rear seat belts are present in this car. The AC is offered in this car along with climate control function. Fiat has kept the comfort and safety in mind while designing this car. Fiat Linea T-Jet is certainly the more powerful version of Fiat Linea. At around 9 Lakhs INR, this car offers a great deal.
