RS President Rajko Kuzmanović said that it is unrealistic to expect any radical changes to be made to the Bosnia-Herzegovina Constitution.

“This is an election year, a pre-election campaign, and judging by the approaches of most politicians, it has already started. Every opportunity is being used to promote parties and to, most of the time without argument and with insults, criticize political opponents,” the president of the Serb republic in Bosnia (RS) was quoted as saying.
