The First Municipal Public Prosecution in Belgrade indicted Miladin Kovačević for inflicting severe injuries to Bryan Steinhauer in May of 2008.

Public Prosecution Spokesman Tomo Zorić said that Kovačević, who was studying in the United States, was accused of inflicting severe, life threatening, injuries to U.S. citizen Bryan Steinhauer during a bar fight on May 4, 2008 in the state of New York.
