Shortcut key to select Text in document

keyboard shortcut keys help a lot in perfoming basic tasks quickly. We have already seen keyboard shorcut key to copy and paste text. You can also select specific or all text using keyboard shortcut keys for quick copy or cut of selected text.

Shortcut key to select all text

Use Ctrl + A keys to select all text in a document. Alternatively, goto Edit > Select All menu option for full text selection.

Move cursor to specific text location using right / left / up / down arrow keys. Then hold and press Shift + right/left arrow keys to select specific text.
