Shares of SIA Engineering dropped to its lowest level in a month after reporting that its third-quarter earnings declined 11% from a year ago.
SIA Engineering slipped 4.1% to $3.29 as of 9:22 a.m., heading for its lowest closing level since Dec. 29.
