The Hills’ Heidi Montag celebrated her 23rd birthday on Tuesday by welcoming a new member to the Montag-Pratt brood — a maltipoo puppy named after country music legend Dolly Parton.

The pooch pup was a birthday present from her husband. Ironically, Jessica Simpson’s 5-year-old Maltipoo, also named Dolly, disappeared after an encounter with a coyote earlier this week.

“Spencer gave me the best gift ever,” Heidi told PEOPLE Magazine. “I’m so excited today is my birthday. Thank you, God, for every moment you have given me and blessing me with my wonderful husband,” she added.

Spencer also Tweeted his birthday wishes to his wife.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY @HEIDIMONTAG!!!! I LOVE YOU WITH EVERY CELL IN MY BODY!!!! THANK YOU GOD FOR MAKING HEIDI TODAY 23 years ago!!!” he wrote.
