”The Hills” star Spencer Pratt is reportedly trying to sell what he claims is a sex tape featuring himself and his soon-to-be ex-wife Heidi Montag.

Spencer is in talks with Vivid Entertainment to seal a deal.

Previously, it was reported that Heidi threatened to sue Spencer over a tell-all book but didn”t make any mention of a sex tape.

“I just got off the phone with Spencer Pratt about a sex tape with Heidi Montag,” TMZ.com quoted Steven Hirsch of Vivid as saying.

“We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal,” he added.
