STI falls 0.2% to 2,645.43 at closing

Singapore’s Straits Times Index fell 0.2% to 2,645.43 at the close. Three stocks dropped for each that rose on the 30-member gauge. The following shares were among the most active in the market. 
 
CapitaLand (CAPL SP), Southeast Asia’s biggest developer, climbed 2.2% to $4.23. The company is offering 1.165 billion shares in its CapitaMalls Asia Ltd. unit at $1.98 to $2.39 apiece, raising up to $2.78 billion in what could be Singapore’s largest initial public offering since 1993.
