Singapore’s Straits Times Index was little changed at 2,711.11 as of the 12:30 p.m. trading break. More than two stocks rose for each that fell on the 30-member gauge. The following shares were among the most active in the market.
Singapore Airlines (SIA SP), the world’s largest carrier by market value, slipped 2.8% to $13.86. The company had a second-quarter net loss of $159 million, compared with a profit of $323.8 million a year earlier as the global recession sapped travel demand.
