There are 316 confirmed swine flu cases in Serbia, while 16 have succumbed to the A/H1N1 virus, the Institute of Public Health Batut announced today.

550 more people have symptoms similar to the viral infection and are hospitalized, while 16 have been put on a respirator for assisted breathing.
