Serbia’s participation in the Slovenia conference was agreed during Boris Tadić’s meeting with Croat and Slovenian PMs in the town of Ptuj, says Jelko Kacin.

The EP rapporteur for Serbia claims that it was agreed that the Kosovo Albanian delegation would also take part, and that no “state insignia” of any participant would be displayed.
