Thailand’s leading satellite operator, Thaicom PCL (THCOM.BK), said on today it and major shareholder Shin Corp (SHIN.BK) had not been in talks to sell a stake in Thaicom to Samart Corp (SAMA.BK).

“We have never been in talks with them about this. For Shin Corp, of which I am a director, we don’t know about this,” Chief Executive Officer Arak Chonlatanon told reporters.
