Unidentified thieves worked for at least several weeks undisturbed to completely dismantle a heating plant in Novi Sad, north of Belgrade.

Belgrade tabloid Press writes today that the public company in charge of the facility stated that “unknown perpetrators took the heating plant”, and that charges were brought against them.
