Nonetheless, the labia-lovin’ reality starlet is stepping into the limelight for a good cause by auctioning off a painted plaster cast of her breasts to help raise money for breast-cancer awareness for the Keep a Breast Foundation. As of Monday morning, bidding for Tila’s sparkly red boob bust has already reached $60,300.

The auction continues through Nov. 7.
