Travelite Holdings has issued a profit warning with respect to its unaudited financial results for the half year ended Sept 30, 2009 (1H FY2010).

Travelite Holdings says its expects to register a net loss in 1H FY2010. The profitability of the group in 1H FY2010 was mainly affected by lower sales turnover and margins as a result of the on-going global economic recession and intense competition.

The company says it will disclose further details on the group’s performance when it announces its unaudited financial results for 1H FY2010 in November.
