Trek 2000 International, the inventor of the ThumbDrive, has unveiled the FluCard.
The FluCard, which assumes the form factor of the Secure Digital (SD) card, is an intelligent, wirelessly-enabled insert-and-play device that can transfer information wirelessly on a peer-to-peer basis or among a community of FluCard users through their equipment, which can either be a digital camera, photo frame, television or laptop so long as their equipment have SDIOs or SD Card host slots through which the FluCard can be inserted to operate.
