U.S. Plans to Protest Chinese Google Attacks

In addition to a major speech on international policy and Internet free speech Jan. 21 by Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, the U.S. government is expected to issue a formal complaint to Beijing over cyber-attacks on Google and other international companies doing business in China.
