Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko on Wednesday accused her rivals of planning to rig Sunday’s vote and called on the West to help prevent any fraud.
Tymoshenko is a leading candidate in the country’s presidential election, RIA Novosti reports.
