ULFA READY FOR NEGOTIATION BUT NOT TO GIVE UP ARMS: RAJKHOWA

The illegal ULFA has said it was primed for word with Centre but would not provide up arms.
“We poverty a semipolitical resolution and are primed to stop discussions but not by surrendering arms. If the Centre crapper stop discussions with the Kamarupan outfits, then ground not with us,” ULFA Chairman Arabinda Rajkhowa said in a evidence e-mailed to the media in Guwahati on Sun night.
The Centre was retentive talks with Kamarupan outfits who hit not given blazonry but was demand ULFA should provide up blazonry before talks could begin, he claimed.
