The new UN Development Coordinator, UNDP Resident Representative in Kosovo is Osnat Lubrani, it was announced in Priština today.

Lubrani, born in Jerusalem and holding a dual Israeli-American passport, will be replacing Frode Mauring starting October 30, UNDP said.
