PEC says that Verwater-Audex B.V., a 50-50 joint venture company between its subsidiary Audex and Verwater B.V., has won a €118 million ($226 million) contract to build a 465,000 cubic metres tank terminal in the port of Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
YHI International records 16.1% rise in net profit to $22.6m in FY09

YHI International, the distributor of car and industrial products and an original design manufacturer (ODM) of alloy wheels, today reported a 16.1% rise in net profit attributable to shareholders to $22.6 million in FY09.
Turnover for the group eased 9.5% to $414.4 million in FY09 from $458.0 million in FY08. This was due to weaker demand in the group’s distribution and manufacturing segments in the first half of FY09.

Koon Holdings, the civil engineering group specialising in reclamation and shore protection, says its subsidiary, M/s Koon – Top Pave Joint Venture, has been awarded a US$160 million ($226 million) contract for the turnkey design and construction of Sao Bien International Port in Ba Ria, Vung Tau, Vietnam.
