Serbia, Egypt sign agreement on air traffic

Serbia and Egypit today in Belgrade signed a new agreement on air traffic cooperation. The document was signed by Serbian Infrastructure Minister Milutin Mrkonjić and visiting Egyptian Minister for International Cooperation Fayza Abul-Naga.

Defense minister on “historic agreement”

Yahoo, Samsung Announce Mobile Services Agreement

Yahoo and Samsung are expanding their partnership so that mobile services such as Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Search will be preloaded on Samsung phones running the proprietary Bada and Google Android operating systems. Yahoo has been inking agreements in the mobile space of late, including a March deal to make Yahoo the default search provider for the Motorola Backflip, which runs Android. Tiger Air, Stanchart sign aircraft finance deal

Tiger Airways Holdings signed an agreement with Standard Chartered Bank for two new multi-million dollar financing deals. The agreement is for the pre-delivery payment of six aircraft to Airbus and the purchase of an additional seven aircraft, the airline said in a statement to the Singapore stock exchange.

Global Yellow Pages enters into licensing agreement with MediaCorp

Global Yellow Pages Limited (GYPL), the publisher of directory services and leading search engine, today announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with MediaCorp Pte Ltd (MediaCorp), allowing it to reproduce and use GYPL’s data on MediaCorp’s Mocca.

The licensing agreement is significant for mainboard-listed GYPL as it marks a step in GYPL’s efforts to license its valuable and vast database to third parties.
