Cambridge Industrial Trust announces 1.238 cents DPU for 2Q

Cambridge Industrial Trust (CIT) says it achieved a total distributable income attributable to unitholders of $10.8 million in 2Q2010. This translates into a DPU (distribution per unit) of 1.238 cents for the quarter.

Although CIT posted a 0.5% fall in gross revenue to $18.3 million in 2Q2010 from $18.4 million in 2Q2009, net property income (NPI) rose by 0.6% to $16.1 million from $16.0 million.

Outside Lands Announces Night Shows Lineup

Another Planet Entertainment, Superfly Productions and Starr Hill Presents are excited to announce the lineup for the
Outside Lands Night Shows. For fans that haven’t had their fill of music after an incredible day in Golden Gate Park,
the festival has taken over four San Francisco clubs – The Independent, Mezzanine, Mighty and The Rickshaw Stop.
These clubs will host rare, intimate performances by the following artists: Levon Helm Band, Jimmy Cliff, Hercules and Love Affair, Tokyo Police Club, Freelance Whales and Pretty Lights. Also, the California
Academy of Sciences’ weekly event “NightLife” will be hosting a special Outside Lands event in partnership with the

Overseas Union Enterprise Limited says wholly-owned subsidiary, Clifford Development Pte Ltd, has pre-committed leases with several corporations totalling some 88,000 sq ft or equivalent to 22% of the net lettable area of 50 Collyer Quay.

Singapore Exchange announces new organisation structure

Singapore Exchange, operator of the city state’s derivatives and securities exchange, announced a new organisation structure to capitalize on emerging Asian opportunites. Among the changes, Gan Seow Ann and Muthukrishnan Ramaswami will be appointed as co-presidents to work with Chief Executive Magnus Bocker. From July 1, the company will operate 10 business units and seven support units, according to a statement today.

tour this summer. He will be joining Sublime with Rome and The Dirty Heads this July for a run of shows that kicks off July 10 at Denver’s Red Rocks
Amphitheatre and will include stops in Chicago, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Wantagh, Atlanta, Boca Raton,
Dallas and Las Vegas. The upcoming tour will also include select headlining stops in Los Angeles, San Francisco,
