According to most industry analysts, a growing number of IT managers and C-level executives already have carved out some of next year’s budget to devote to internal cloud computing testing, hardware, software, services and licenses. The future is definitely looking up in this sector for 2010. As with any new technology trend, however, caution must be a key component of any such plan.
