present 3 nights of “official” Disco
Biscuits
after parties continuing until 4:30am on January 13, 14 and 15 at the Fox Theater in Boulder,

The first night welcomes Orchard

back to Colorado with their unique style that blends elements of down-tempo, space disco,
house, techno, electro, soul, and funk into an amalgamation of dance floor friendly beats. Also appearing is the
newest Disco Biscuits side project, Sub:Station featuring Jon “the Barber” Gutwillig‘s original
dubstep production, with Chris Michetti from RAQ playing live guitar. Bay area lazer bass all star EPROM is also on the bill, along with one
of the most exciting young producers out of the UK, Illum Sphere, who will be making his Colorado debut.

Friday’s show marks the return of Conspirator to Boulder, CO – featuring a brand new, full band setup with Marc
Brownstein & Aron Magner
of the Disco Biscuits on bass & keys, Chris Michetti of RAQ on guitar, & Adam
Deitch
(of Pretty Lights, Break Science, & Lettuce) on drums. Deitch’s electronic-infused hip hop project Break Science will be primary support for
the evening, with local favorite Frequent C starting things off and playing tweener sets.

Saturday night, following the Disco Biscuits performance at the Ogden, the party will head back to Boulder for a
special performance featuring the internationally renowned Mark Farina. Touring in support of his latest release, Mushroom Jazz Volume 7,
Farina will be laying down a signature lengthy DJ set. To close out the late evening, Allen Aucoin of the
Disco Biscuits will be performing as Dr.

Disco Biscuits: Aucoin Out for NYE; Altman & Rabb to Fill In

ALLEN AUCOIN STILL OUT OF ACTION, WILL NOT PERFORM ON NYE RUN;
SAM ALTMAN AND
JOHNNY RABB WILL FILL DRUM SLOT

The Disco Biscuits

The Disco Biscuits have
announced that drummer Allen Aucoin has not been cleared by doctors to travel or perform and will miss
their scheduled NYE run at The Tower Theater in Philadelphia. Founding Biscuits drummer Sam Altman
and
Johnny Rabb of BioDiesel
will fill in for Aucoin on both shows. The complete message is below.

“We want to first thank everyone for their over the top support this week during a difficult time for the band. The
first
two nights at Terminal 5 have been so much fun musically, and none of it would have been possible without our
fans’ unwavering support. Special thanks to Greenie, Deitch, and Darren for kicking major ass behind the kit these
first two nights.

We are sad and sorry to report that Allen will not be able to perform with the band on December 30th and 31st at the
Tower in Philly. When we first made the announcement earlier in the week, Allen’s prognosis was for a quick
recovery and for him to be released from the hospital yesterday. As of this morning, Allen’s doctors have not cleared
him to travel or perform. Please send your best wishes, as he is currently in the ICU. Allen’s health is of paramount
importance, and we cannot do anything that would jeopardize his full recovery.

In his place, we will be bringing two amazing drummers with us to the Tower. The first is the doctor himself, Sam
Altman. Sammy graciously changed his own New Year’s plans to fill the void. The second is Johnny Rabb, our friend
and drummer from BioDiesel. Allen is beyond disappointed that he will not be able to play on two of the most
important shows of the year, but was instrumental in helping connect us with Johnny Rabb.

We are going the extra mile to make sure that we are ready musically to deliver 3 more kick ass shows and ring in
2011 on a high note. See you tonight!

The Disco Biscuits Drum Up Support for New York Shows

The Disco Biscuits

The Disco Biscuits have
announced that drummer Allen Aucoin will not be performing at their New York
Terminal 5 shows this week due to a severe asthma attack. He will return with the band on December 30th and 31st
at The Tower Theatre in Philadelphia, PA

The show will go on in New York as the band has recruited some of their drummer friends to fill in for Allen.
On Monday night, Mike Greenfield from Lotus will perform with the band for his fourth time. Adam Deitch
from
Break Science and Pretty Lights will play on Tuesday along with Darren Shearer from the New
Deal
. On Wednesday,
The Disco Biscuits’ original drummer Dr. Sam Altman will close out their New York Run.

“I know from experience that situations like this one with Allen can be turned into a positive one, and we intend to
rage the roof off of T5 this week” said bassist Marc Brownstein from his New York hotel Sunday night.

For more information visit discobiscuits.com

Here is the official message from the band:

Happy Holidays!

2010 has been a great year, but it has not been without its challenges. And no matter what gets dealt to us at this
point, we know that we are going to get through it, in no small part due to the support our fans have shown us.
Throughout the year, we have been forced to respond to adversity with calm and strength. We always try to take
lemons and make lemonade. In the process, we have made new friends, and found out how much we are capable of
during times of duress.

Well if we hadn’t been through enough, last night we received a call from Allen’s father. Yesterday, Allen suffered a
serious asthma attack and was hospitalized. He will be fine, but unfortunately will not be released from the hospital
until Tuesday. Fortunately, his doctors have cleared him to play on December 30 and 31. Our thoughts are with Allen
and his family.

For tomorrow, Tuesday, and Wednesday, we are putting together an amazing line-up with drummers that we have
played with in other projects throughout the years. We are blessed to have such a strong network of amazing
drummers to call on. Check it out:

Tomorrow, we are honored to welcome Mike Greenfield from Lotus. This will be the fourth time Mike plays a show
with us, and they are always classic sets.

On Tuesday, we’ll be joined by two of the hottest drummers in North America. We are proud to welcome Adam Deitch
from Break Science and Pretty Lights. As well we are excited to be joined by Darren Shearer from the New Deal.

On Wednesday we are being joined by our old friend, Dr. Sam Altman.

We’re not sure what else to really say, other than to keep Allen in your thoughts and prayers and we promise to
deliver you wonderful, well thought-out shows while we are waiting for our brother to get back up here and join us
for the new year.

Thank you so much for your support. We can’t wait to see you all tomorrow.

Disco Biscuits Visit School for “Bisco Power Mission”

BAND MEETS KIDS AT FIRST PHILADELPHIA PUBLIC SCHOOL
TO INSTALL ROOF-TOP SOLAR
PANELS

The Disco Biscuits by Ashley Beliveau

Less than a year after The Disco
Biscuits
played a sold-out show in New York to raise money toward the purchase of solar panels for a
school, the band visited the Albert M. Greenfield Elementary School in Philadelphia yesterday to see the results of
their work.

“Bisco Power Mission,” a joint project between The Disco Biscuits, the non-profit organization HeadCount and Mercury Solar Systems, helped Greenfield become the first
public school in Philadelphia to install roof-top solar panels. The $35,000 installation will save the school over
$43,000 in energy costs over the next 25 years.

The Disco Biscuits by Ashley Beliveau

On Wednesday, Nov. 17 the band visited a class of fifth-graders who have been learning about solar energy, and
then went to the roof to see the panels for themselves.

“It was pretty amazing to see how it all came together,” said Marc Brownstein, The Disco Biscuits’ bass
player and the co-chair of HeadCount, an organization dedicated to fostering civic participation through the power
of music. “We always talk about harnessing the energy that music generates – well in this case we literally made that
happen.”

The output of the photovoltaic panels is displayed in real time on a video monitor in the lobby of the school, adding
an educational element to the initiative.

“I love the fact that every time the kids come into the school they’re getting a little reminder about solar and
renewable energy,” said Jon Gutwillig, the guitarist for The Disco Biscuits who helped conceive the project.
“Some of those kids will grow up to be engineers, and be more likely to work in renewable energy because of
it.”

Next to the monitor is a plaque listing the names of individual fans of The Disco Biscuits who helped make Bisco
Power Mission possible by purchasing a commemorative poster in addition to a concert ticket.

“We’re really proud of the fact that our fans helped make this happen,” Brownstein said.

Disco Biscuits: Late Summer Tour

TOUR STARTS AUGUST 25 IN DEWEY BEACH, DELAWARE

The Disco Biscuits

From DiscoBiscuits.com:

We just finished plotting our late August/September run that will take us to some familiar places as well as some
new ones. Presales for most of our newly-announced headline dates are live NOW at BiscoTix! We start in the
Northeast with a beach party in Dewey Beach. We hope to recreate the magic that we created in South Carolina
earlier this month. Then we head down to North Carolina with a show at the Lincoln Theatre in Raleigh. Both these
shows will be with our friend MiM0SA who will be joining us at many other stops along the way. If you’re not
familiar, he is incredible young dubstep producer and DJ that you’ll have to come and see. After making our debut
appearance at the Blackwater Music Festival in Florida on August 27, we hit Atlanta for what promises to be an
amazing weekend of music with our close friends STS9. On Saturday night August 28, we co-headline at the
Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre with STS9 and on Sunday August 29, we have our own headlining show at the
Tabernacle. From Atlanta, we head up north making stops in Lexington, KY and Cleveland with our new up and
coming friends in Papadosio. Come early and check them out.

Labor Day weekend sees our return to Chicago to take part in the North Coast Music Festival, where we’ll be joined
by some great artists and friends including Pretty Lights, Damian Marley and NAS, the Chemical Brothers and
Umphrey’s McGee. On Friday night, September 3, we will play our own very special late-night show at the Congress
Theatre immediately after the Festival closes at 10 PM. This is our first return to the Congress since January 2009
when we tore the roof off the sucka with RJD2 and Prefuse 73. Ticketing details for this show will be announced
shortly. On Saturday of Labor Day weekend we will make a quick jolt down to Austin for the Nocturnal Festival:
Texas where we will perform with Pretty Lights, Girl Talk, and Armin Van Buuren. We will then fly back up to Chicago
to perform our headlining festival slot at the North Coast Festival on September 5. From Chicago we will head east
for a night in State College, PA on Tuesday, September 7 and a two-night throwdown at the Town Ballroom in
Buffalo on September 8-9. This will all be followed by an amazing weekend in Holyoke, MA at Mountain Park and
Boston at the Bank of America Pavillion, September 10-11. We will be joined at these shows by some very special
guests to be announced shortly!”

The Disco Biscuits :: 04.24.10 :: New Jersey

Returning for a much-anticipated showdown in South Jersey’s Atlantic City, The Disco Biscuits performed at the House of Blues last Saturday night. Opening the show was The New Deal, who got fans warmed up with a set of high-energy electro jams, setting a positive mood for the night.

With Jon Gutwillig still on the sidelines due to a broken wrist, the Biscuits’ show featured guitarists Tom Hamilton (Brothers Past, American Babies) and Chris Michetti (RAQ). Playing for a packed venue, the first set opened up with a strong version of “Frog Legs” that got the crowd going early. Fan favorite “Shelby Rose” took a while to get off the ground but held up nicely and went into “Down to the Bottom,” creating a dance party with Barber singing onstage. Keeping the pace upbeat, “Down to the Bottom” led into “You and I,” a song off the new album Planet Anthem (JamBase review). The high point of the first set was the segue into “Run Like Hell,” which led back into “Down to The Bottom” to finish the first half of the show.

Set two began with “Uber Glue” and “Pimp Blue Rikkis,” a dark, electronic rap song. Things finally picked up with a “Spraypaint” sing-along into an inverted “Great Abyss,” the first since Camp Bisco ’06. The jamming continued into “Confrontation” with an “Abyss” fake out. “Caterpillar” had a very nice, tight jam – nothing too special but always fun to dance to – and eventually led back to “Spraypaint” to end the second set.

The encore began with “Jamillia” and segued into a cover of The Who’s Tommy gem “We’re Not Gonna Take It.” Even without Jon Gutwillig on guitar, the Biscuits still managed to play an amazing show and keep the fans satisfied. Hopefully the band will be back in full action for a third year in Atlantic City, where you can win a jackpot right after the show or during set break!

The String Cheese Incident announce the final stop on their 2010 calendar: an epic “Hulaween” weekend of Incidents on Friday, October 29, with The Disco Biscuits, and Saturday, October 30 at the famed Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia.

Tickets for the Hampton shows go on sale April 20 at www.stringcheeseincident.com. .25 cents from every ticket sold to these shows will go to support three not-for-profit organizations close to the SCI community: HeadCount, Rex Foundation, and Conscious Alliance.

In the tradition of a decade of legendary SCI Halloween Incidents, and at a venue that holds its own as an East Coast favorite, The String Cheese Incident’s 2010 Hulaween weekend at Hampton Coliseum promises to be an over-the-top event that only SCI could invent.

Year’s past have offered a “Joan Shivers’” Red Carpet welcome at Hollywood’s Shrine Auditorium, an ode to Michael Jackson’s Thriller in Las Vegas, and many more memorable events.

The String Cheese Incident’s recent live release, Trick or Treat (SCI Fidelity Records / October 2009), best tells the potent musical history of SCI’s “Hulaween” Incidents. Known to perform special concerts comprised heavily of cover tunes each Halloween, Trick or Treat offers selections from SCI performances recorded at Atlanta’s Variety Playhouse (1998), Philadelphia’s Electric Factory (1999), Portland’s State Theatre (2000), New York City (2001), Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium (2002), Sin City’s Cox Pavilion (2003), and Madison Alliant Energy Center (2005). The two-disc release is available now on CD, vinyl, and digitally at www.stringcheeseincident.com.

February’s announcement that The String Cheese Incident would perform select summer dates ended a three-year break from touring. Anticipation for these summer plays is high, as demonstrated when tickets to The String Cheese Incident’s Red Rocks and Horning’s Hideout shows sold out just minutes after they went on sale.

For this next era in the band’s career, SCI stays true to its roots by nurturing their community and creating live musical experiences rather than just concerts. In 2010, look for SCI to continue to think out-of-the-box about their musical journey – hosting special events instead of the typical tour-routing, exploring new ways of releasing recordings, and building on their reputation as innovators of fan participation.

The Disco Biscuits recently teamed up with HeadCount to stage Bisco Power Mission; a benefit concert and volunteer initiative to help outfit a Philadelphia public school with solar power. The event was held at the intimate Brooklyn Bowl on March 21 and the band performed without lead guitarist Jon Gutwillig who had suffered a broken wrist a few days before the show. While no one could ever replace “The Barber,” the band did welcome special guest guitarists Chris Michetti from RAQ, Tom Hamilton of Brothers Past and American Babies and also a producer on the Biscuits’ new album, Indobox‘s Mike Carter, and even ex-Bisco drummer Sam Altman picked up an axe.
