The Supreme Court of Norway has quashed Mirsad Repak’s verdict in the case of war crimes against Serbs in Bosnia-Herzegovina in 1992.
The Norwegian law for this kind of crime cannot be applied retroactively, the court explained.
Flooding closes border crossings

Serb, Croat leaders receive death threats
Republic of Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik and Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) in Bosnia leader Dragan Čović have received anonymous death threats.
According to Banja Luka-based daily Glas Srpske, the threats were sent to their respective party headquarters in Banja Luka and Mostar.
Dodik names RS PM designate
President of the Serb republic (RS) in Bosnia Milorad Dodik announced on Tuesday that he has named Aleksandar Džombić prime minister designate. The 42-year-old previously served as minister of finance of the government of the Serb entity.
