The Ascott opens Citadines Melbourne on Bourke

The Ascott Limited, CapitaLand’s wholly-owned serviced residence business unit, has opened its first Citadines serviced residence in Melbourne, Victoria.

Citadines Melbourne on Bourke offers choices of studio, one- and two-bedroom executive and deluxe apartments. All apartments boast floor-to-ceiling windows, with the units on the higher floors offering panoramic views of the city.

Ascott secures contract to manage 2nd Citadines serviced residence in Indonesia

The Ascott, CapitaLand’s wholly-owned serviced residence business unit, has secured a contract to manage its second Citadines-branded serviced residence in Indonesia.

When completed in 2011, the 135-unit Citadines Jakarta Rasuna will offer a range of studio, one- to three-bedroom stylish apartments.

Ascott opens Citadines Kyoto Karasuma-Gojo

The Ascott, CapitaLand’s wholly-owned serviced residence business unit, will open its second Citadines property in the country on March 8. The new Citadines Kyoto Karasuma-Gojo follows the opening of Ascott’s first Citadines serviced residence in Japan, Citadines Tokyo Shinjuku, last March.

CapitaLand says Ascott unveils citadines residence in Malaysia

CapitaLand said its Ascott unit unveiled its first Citadines serviced residence in Malaysia today, part of a plan to more than double Ascott’s operating apartments in the country to 1,168 units by 2013 from 455 units now.
