Internal control’s report, which confirms B92 Insajder program’s allegations, was adopted by EPS Board of Management on Monday.

Noble confirms Brazil mills buy in $1.2b deal
Noble Group (NOBG.SI), Asia’s largest commodities trader, said on Monday it has signed a US$950 million ($1.2 billion) deal to purchase two sugar mills from Brazilian and ethanol group Cerradinho Holding.
The Singapore-listed firm told the bourse the two mills will increase Noble’s total annual sugarcane crushing capacity to 17.5 million tonnes, after a Brazilian newspaper reported of the takeover bid last week.

Intel has acquired CognoVision Solutions Inc., a privately held software company based in Toronto, Canada. CognoVision processor-intensive video analytics software based computer vision algorithms for digital signs, many of which are increasingly being powered by Intel Core processors.
