President of the Danish parliament Thor Pedersen said in Belgrade on Monday that Denmark fully supports Serbia’s efforts to become a member of the EU. Addressing journalists at the Serbian National Assembly building, after the signing of the Agreement on inter-parliamentary cooperation between Serbia and Denmark, Pedersen said that he is satisfied with the progress Serbia has made on its EU pathway, of which his counterpart Slavica Äukić-Dejanović had informed him.

The Serbian delegation and a delegation of the IMF will today reached final agreement on the unfreezing of public sector wages. Salaries and pensions will go up in January 2011 and not as it was previously stated in April 2011, Economy Minister Mlađan Dinkić said.
