The Serbian Interior Ministry (MUP) is endeavoring to improve the security of the Serb community in northern Kosovo through cooperation with EULEX This is according to Deputy Director of Serbian Police Branislav Mitrović, who on Monday reported to the Serbian Parliament Committee for Kosovo-Metohija.

K. Mitrovica: Serbs released from custody
Five Serbs, arrested for disorderly conduct, were released from police custody after 48 hours, Kosovo police, KPS officials stated. KPS Deputy Director for Northern Kosovska Mitrovica, Ergin Medić, said that the case of the five persons, two of which are KPS members, will be handed over to the courts, adding that the two are under suspension.
