The European Parliament (EP) has postponed a plenary session vote today, that was to ratify EU’s Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) with Serbia. The voting was rescheduled for Wednesday for technical reasons, it has been announced.

Pioneering jam band Moonalice is finally getting around to shipping its first studio recordings in two years.
Beginning on January 19, Moonalice will ship an EP a month for at least six months.
The series, entitled “Dave’s Way #1 – #6,” will consist of EPs with five songs each, priced at $5.00, plush shipping.
The albums will include the core of the Moonalice live set, as recorded in a studio with ace engineer and producer
Dave Way. Fans who purchase the entire set from the band will receive a special box to store it in.

The European Parliament (EP) Committee on Foreign Affairs “will not hold the announced debate” on the Marty report, writes a PriÅ¡tina daily. Albanian language newspaper Koha Ditore says Special Rapporteur of the Council of Europe (CoE) Dick Marty “decided not to appear before the committee”.

Council of Europe (CoE) rapporteur Dick Marty has been invited to address the European Parliament Foreign Affairs Committee. Tanjug news agency previously reported that it had learned unofficially that EP MPs invited Marty to testify on his report regarding the Kosovo organ trafficking case.

A delegation of the European Parliament (EP) has issued a statement regarding the Kosovo elections held on December 12 and January 9. The voting was characterized by several serious flaws, which indicates a lack of political will with regard to staging proper elections that would be in line with international standards and good electoral practice, said the statement.

EP rapporteur visits Belgrade

European Parliament rapporteur for Serbia Jelko Kacin is visiting Serbia, where he is meeting with government and parliament officials and NGO representatives. Kacin told reporters in Belgrade on Monday that Dick Marty’s report on KLA organ trafficking is not substantiated enough to justify an investigation, but underlined that the case should be reviewed.

EP rapporteur: Serbia responsible for Mladić

Nobody believes Serbia anymore that Mladić is not there, and if he is not in The Hague it’s because of Serbia, says EP Rapporteur for Serbia Jelko Kacin.
Deutsche Welle (DW) reports that Kacin is familiar with “views and messages†of the Hague prosecution which will be published in next week’s report.
