Nokia opened its Nokia World 2010 conference in London on Sept. 14, proclaiming the company is back in the game with new phones and a new attitude. The cell phone giant also held its Nokia Developer Summit at the same time as Nokia World. At the developer event, Nokia announced enhancements to the Nokia Qt software development kit (SDK), improvements in the Ovi Store, and lowering the barrier to entry and increased monetization opportunities for developers.
