“Ganić case decision offensive”

President Boris Tadić said that he is offended by the reasons stated by the London court for denying Belgrade’s request for the extradition of Ejup Ganić. Judge Timothy Workman stated that there is evidence that the trial, if held in Belgrade, would be political motivated.

Serbia “to convince British courts” in Ganić case
