Chinese Vice Premier Hui Liangyu met on Thursday with visiting Serbian Prime Minister Mirko Cvetković. Hui hailed traditional China-Serbia relations, saying the two countries have witnessed progress on trade cooperation and cultural exchanges and had good coordination on international affairs, Xinhua reported.

Swing Media Technology Group says it has agreed to acquire a 80% stake in Shanghai Hui Yang New Energy Technology Co. from the founding shareholders who will continue to own the remaining 20% shareholding in Shanghai Hui Yang.
Shanghai Hui Yang does turn-key installation as well as the aftersales service of solar-powered and energy-saving LED lighting systems.
