Ascendas REIT (A17U.SG) is flat at $1.98 in thin trade as weaker 1Q10 results keeping buyers at bay, says Dow Jones.
“A recovery in industrial rents typically lags the economic cycle, and positive rental reversions are still a few quarters down the road,” says Morgan Stanley, which has Equalweight call with $1.96 target.

Palm is expected to push out WebOS 1.4 to Palm Pre and Pixi handsets at any moment, according to several reports. The long list of expected improvements includes a fix to the browser and simpler options for making calls and interacting with contacts.
