Serbian and Austrian interior ministers Ivica DaÄić and Maria Fekter signed a bilateral protocol today in Belgrade.
The protocol will enable for the implementation of the Agreement on Readmission.

EU Council of Ministers in Brussels has extended the mandate of the EU Special Representative in Kosovo Pieter Feith until August 31. The decision to extend his mandate was adopted without a debate at the meeting of justice and interior ministers.
Georgia protests Russian security officials visit to Ossetia

Georgia accused Russia today of seeking to further destabilize the situation in the Caucasus after a visit by Russian top security officials to South Ossetia. Russia’s general prosecutor along with the emergencies and interior ministers visited South Ossetia on Tuesday.
