SEA WOLF REUNITES WITH THE ALBUM LEAF FOR SECOND LEG OF TOUR

NEW SINGLE, “O MARIA!,” AT RADIO NOW

Sea Wolf

Following their highly successful winter tour together, Sea Wolf will rejoin The Album Leaf for an extensive second leg of touring this spring. The two bands will
continue their trek through the U.S. and Canada, starting April 20 with stops in New York, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta
and Philadelphia, among other major cities.

Sea Wolf’s new single “O Maria!,” from White Water, White Bloom, is steadily growing at radio and just this
month, Alex Brown Church stopped by MTV2 to host an episode of “Subterranean.” Meanwhile, Sea Wolf’s contribution to the now platinum-selling The Twilight Saga: New Moon soundtrack has not gone unnoticed
and the band is included in the DVD release of the mega-sensation, which released March 20 and features Sea Wolf
videos as well as exclusive interviews.

In association with the annual, eagerly anticipated Record Store Day on Saturday, April 17, Sea Wolf’s 2007 debut EP,
Get To The River Before It Runs Too Low, will become available for the first time on 12″ vinyl.

American Aquarium & Sons of Bill Spring Tour

AMERICAN AQUARIUM AND SONS OF BILL “LIFE IN SHAMBLES” SPRING TOUR
2010

American Aquarium

As complicated as life in 2010 may have become, it’s some comfort to know there are still simple guys out there
playing simple music. Simple guys that can go out any night of the week and put together a rock and roll show we
can all believe in. It was as simple as James Wilson (Sons of Bill) making contact with
BJ Barham (American
Aquarium
) at the end of 2009 to propose a tour for their bands that would help further bond a growing
community of music fans around their roots/Americana/alt-country songwriting and performances. The hope is
that this will not just be another lineup at the bar, but rather a chance to celebrate a new school of bands that are
tending the vibrant traditions of rock and country music and the sense of community they can foster, especially in
hard times. As a tongue-in-cheek testament to the times, the boys in the bands thought it appropriate to call this
tour “Life in Shambles.”

The tour kicks off in Raleigh, NC on May 1 to celebrate the release of American Aquarium’s new record,
Small Town Hymns (Last Chance Records). The entourage will then continue along a three week run that covers the East Coast with each band taking the closing slot on different nights. There will certainly
be cold beers consumed, collaborations and conspiracies, and some kick ass rock and roll played at high volumes.

Béla Fleck: Africa Project Tour

BELA FLECK TO TOUR IN SUPPORT OF
THROW DOWN YOUR HEART: THE AFRICA SESSIONS PART 2

Bela Fleck

Banjo virtuoso Bela Fleck is honored to continue exploring the instrument’s roots in 2010 with the help of Bassekouye Kouyate, Anania Ngolia and John Kitime during the 33-city tour, Africa Project: Collaborations with Amazing African Musicians. All three musicians are featured on the 2010 Grammy-nominated album and award-winning documentary, Throw Down Your Heart.

The tour was conceived after the musicians collaborated on another album, the double disc effort Throw Down Your Heart: The Africa Sessions Part 2, Unreleased Tracks, which will be available February 2.

“Honestly, I ran out of time to finish the first album,” says Bela. “This stuff needed to be heard! More of these great artists from the African continent will be brought into the light.”

“The moment I heard Anania Ngoliga I knew we had to find him,” hails Fleck, regarding the blind, singing Tanzanian thumb piano master who will be joined by guitarist John Kitime. “When we did, he exceeded my expectations, which were quite high.”

One of the foremost ngoni players (essentially the banjo of Mali), Kouyate will be joined by his rocking band, Ngoni Ba. Their forthcoming album I Speak Fula (Next Ambiance / Sub Pop) will be
released February 2, and features Toumani Diabate, Vieux Farka Toure and Kasse Mady Diabate.

Throw Down Your Heart is the 11-time Grammy winner’s most ambitious project to date and has earned some of the best reviews of his career.

Zach Deputy Tour Dates

ZACH DEPUTY HITS THE ROAD FOR FLORIDA AND CARIBBEAN TOUR

Zach Deputy

Having been added to Jam Cruise 8 as a result of a fan-generated campaign, guitarist and songwriter Zach Deputy will kick off the new year on a luxury cruise liner leaving Ft. Lauderdale, sailing between Cuba and Haiti then hitting Jamaica, Grand Cayman Island, back past Cuba and then – back on land – through Florida for over a week of dates in the sunshine state.

Zach Deputy is touring in support of his new album, Sunshine, released in summer 2009 on new model indie label United For Opportunity. In late January and February Zach will then head into Texas and Colorado, among other stops.

From his base in Hilton Head, Zach Deputy has been performing 250-300 shows a year for the last four years, and has rapidly developed a strong following from the Mississippi to the Atlantic coast. The pace of growth has been startling. Zach Deputy now basically lives and works from a small box truck, playing almost every night of the week. The tireless work ethic is paying off, as audiences are reacting with genuine joy and passion, spreading the word to friends and fellow music lovers.

Zach Deputy is a songwriter, guitarist, soulful singer, and a master of the live looping technique. He creates a “one man band” feel by laying down live tracks and looping them over one another to become his own accompaniment. The sound, influenced by family heritage in Puerto Rico and St. Croix, is essentially roots rock, but in this case the roots are in soul, calypso, and dancehall, underpinned by driving hip-hop, rock steady, Motown and Stax backbeats.

JJ Grey & Mofro: Tour

JJ Grey & Mofro Announce North American Tour

Dates With Derek Trucks And Susan Tedeschi Followed By Two-Month Co-Bill With Shooter Jennings

JJ Grey & Mofro

JJ Grey & Mofro, the Jacksonville, Florida-based swamp, blues, rock, funk, and soul band, have announced quite a massive North American fall tour. In addition to headlining theatre and festival dates, the band will share dates with blues guitarist/vocalist Susan Tedeschi and guitarist Derek Trucks. Then, in late September and running through November, JJ Grey & Mofro will embark on a co-headlining tour with country rock outlaw Shooter Jennings and special guest Earl Greyhound.

Grey’s most recent album, Orange Blossoms, has been hailed by USA Today as “intoxicating North Florida blues-rock, with hints of Memphis, Muscle Shoals and garage-band music.” In every song he writes and sings, Grey exudes rocking, funky, melodic front-porch realism. He comes from a long tradition of Southern musical storytellers. His multi-textured music is filled with dynamic rhythms and thought-provoking lyrics. From raw funk to deep soul, blues and rock, JJ and his band, both on CD and live, are simply devastating. Debuting in 2001 with Blackwater, following up in 2004 with Lochloosa, Grey steadily found more and more success. With his two recent releases, 2007′s Country Ghetto and 2008′s Orange Blossoms, along with non-stop touring, JJ Grey is taking his ever-growing fan base along for the ride of their lives.
