A spokesman for the Dalai Lama says two envoys of the Tibetan spiritual leader have returned to India after talks with senior Communist Party officials in Beijing. Chhime R. Chhoekyapa, the Dalai Lama’s secretary, says there are no details immediately available about the weekend discussions
