The Bulgarian Liaison Office in PriÅ¡tina is to become an embassy, the Foreign Ministry in Sofia has announced. “The outgoing Bulgarian government has decided to raise the Bulgarian Liaison Office in PriÅ¡tina to the level of an embassy.
