The Liberal-Democratic Party (LDP) has asked for Human and Minority Rights Minister Svetozar Čiplić to be sacked over the situation in the Raška District.
The southwestern region of Serbia, known also as Sandžak, is home to a large Bosniak (Muslim) minority, and LDP party official Ivan Adrić said in parliament in Belgrade on Tuesday that Čiplić is the generator of all the problems and conflicts there.
