unprecedented special benefit concerts on December 6 and 7 at Seattle’s McCaw Hall. One hundred percent of the
proceeds from these two shows will benefit charities selected by each ticket purchaser.

For each ticket you purchase for $135 for either show, you will receive a unique code worth $150 that you may use
to direct a donation to any charity of your choosing on JustGive.org (a nonprofit organization that connects people to over 1.8 million

Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds will perform at the new
1st Bank Center in Broomfield, CO (metro Denver area) for the first time on December 9 at 7:30 pm. Tickets for the
show are $95.00 and $85.00 and VIP packages are available for $275.00.

They will also return to the Theatre for the Performing Arts at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, NV on
December 10 and 11 at 7:30 pm. Reserved tickets are $89.25 (including a $4.25 Live Entertainment Tax) and VIP
packages are available for $275.00.

announced a fall tour set to begin November 2 in Buffalo, NY, before hitting
Uniondale, Albany, Philadelphia, Boston, New York, Atlanta, Charleston, and Charlottesville. Openers include Amos Lee, The Punch Brothers, John Butler Trio, and Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue.

The band have
previously announced an extended hiatus, taking a break from touring action for all of 2011. Check out the tour

Dave Matthews Band: Wrigley Field Tour Finale

Dave Matthews Band has announced that they will close their summer tour with two concerts at Wrigley Field in Chicago,
IL. DMB
will perform back-to-back concerts on September 17-18 at the historical ballpark the Chicago Cubs have called
home for 95 years. Jason
Mraz will perform as support for both Chicago shows.

Tickets for the Wrigley show will be offered to Warehouse members in advance of the public on sale date. The
Warehouse Series 8-2010 ticketing request period will open at 6:00 p.m. ET on Friday, July 2 and will close at 12:00
pm noon ET on Monday, July 12. The ticketing request period is not first come-first serve, all members have the
same chance of being randomly chosen for tickets. Warehouse confirmations will be posted by the end of the day
on Friday July 16. The public on sale for the Wrigley Field show will take place at 10:00 am CT on Saturday July 17
through Tickets.com.

VIP Packages for both Wrigley Field shows will also be available to Warehouse members and will be listed as separate
event listings on the Request Tickets page. VIP Packages include your concert ticket, access to the VIP viewing area
surrounding the house mix platform for GA Field VIP ticket holders, a souvenir laminate and access to a
complimentary PRESHOW dinner buffet. VIP Grandstand Seating will also be offered. The cost per VIP Package per
person is $275.00 plus applicable convenience and handling fees – members may request up to 4 regular priced
tickets and 4 VIP Packages for each of the Wrigley shows.

Herbie Hancock‘s The Imagine Project, the new CD from multiple Grammy-winning artist and musical pioneer Herbie Hancock, is an unprecedented international recording and film project featuring collaborations between music legend Herbie Hancock and over a dozen superstars from every region of the planet. Utilizing the universal language of music to express its central themes of peace and global responsibility, the musical collaborations combine Hancock’s genre-defying musical vision with the “local” musical identity of cultures from around the world. Additionally, noted Oscar-winning filmmaker Alex Gibney (“Taxi To The Dark Side”) is serving as one of the film’s producers with veteran music producer Larry Klein serving as one of the album’s producing consultants. The Imagine Project is set for release June 22, 2010 via Hancock Records/RED.

Tracks include “The Song Goes On” with Anoushka Shankar (sitarist daughter of Ravi Shankar), Chaka Khan and Wayne Shorter which was recorded in Mumbai, India, along with a stellar group of Indian musicians; “Don’t Give Up,” a duet with guitarist extraordinaire Jeff Beck recorded in London featuring Seal and Pink, “Imagine” with Konono No. 1, Jeff Beck, Oumou Sangare and Lionel Loueke recorded in Paris and London; “Tamatant Tilay/Exodus” featuring Tinariwen, “Times They Are A Changin’” featuring The Chieftains, Lionel Loueke and Lisa Hannigan recorded in Ireland; “Jackpot” with Dave Matthews and Marcus Miller, “Space Captain” with Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi, “Mi Tierra” recorded with Latin superstar Juanes in Miami and a track with Brazilian singer-songwriter Ceu recorded in São Paulo.

While the CD and film will stand, on one level, as powerful testaments for the goals of world peace, humanity and tolerance along with respect for our planet, Herbie Hancock’s The Imagine Project shall remain, at its core, entertainment content that is creatively and emotionally deeply fulfilling.

Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds will perform A Benefit for the Jane Goodall Institute on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at D.A.R. Constitution Hall in Washington D.C. The benefit concert is part of a year-long celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Dr. Jane Goodall’s work. Throughout the 50th anniversary year, the Jane Goodall Institute will celebrate Dr. Goodall’s illustrious career, the rich legacy of the Gombe research in Tanzania, East Africa and the many answers Gombe has yet to reveal.

In the 50 years since Dr. Jane Goodall first set foot on the shores of Lake Tanganyika in what is now Tanzania’s Gombe National Park, the research she pioneered there has produced a font of scientific discovery. The impact of the Gombe research spans the globe and covers a wide range of scientific disciplines, including human evolution, ethology, anthropology, behavioral psychology, sociology, conservation, disease transmission (including HIV-AIDS), aging, and geospatial mapping. Movie theaters from New York to Los Angeles will present the 3D release of “Larger Than LifeÂ…In 3D” Featuring Dave Matthews Band, Ben Harper and Relentless7 and Gogol Bordello for a limited-run engagement – one week only from December 11-17.

Filmed by inconcert3d utilizing digital technology that can only be viewed in theaters, this one week event will allow fans to experience a stunning 360-degree view of each live performance. The three featured acts were captured at critically acclaimed music festivals across the country this summer: Dave Matthews Band – the highest-grossing American act of all time – at the 2009 Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas; Grammy-award winning artist Ben Harper and Relentless7 at the Mile High Music Festival in Denver; and internationally acclaimed Gypsy punk band Gogol Bordello at All Points West Music & Arts Festival in New Jersey.

As most DMB fans know, the Dave Matthews Band formed in Charlottesville, Virginia in early 1991, when vocalist/guitarist Dave Matthews decided to put some songs he had written on tape. Instead of simply recording himself with a guitar, he opted to bring in some instrumental help to give his musical ideas more depth. Dave found assistance in drummer Carter Beauford and saxophonist LeRoi Moore, who were both accomplished jazz musicians in the local Charlottesville music scene. Based on the recommendation of distinguished local jazz guru John D’earth, 16-year-old musical prodigy Stefan Lessard came on board to play bass. Completing the band was the talented and classically trained violinist, Boyd Tinsley. The rest is music history – from Remember Two Things to Big Whiskey!

The band is known for their annual summer-long, nationwide tours featuring lengthy improvisational renditions of their songs and this summer is no exception. The band’s new album, Big Whiskey & The Groogrux King, was released this past June to critical acclaim.

With great talent, inspirational charity work and an ever-growing fan base, Dave Matthews continues his quiet dominance of the music world.
