A woman died late on Thursday at Belgrade’s main railways station after being hit by a train, said reports. The city’s medical emergencies services spokeswoman Nada Macura said that they received a call at around 22:30 CET, that said somebody was “run over†on the tracks.

Six people were injured in a brawl early Wednesday morning in the Stefan Braun club in downtown Belgrade. Emergency Medical Service spokesperson Nada Macura said that a “massive fight broke out at about 5:00 CET†and that shots were fired, but that no one suffered gun-related injuries.
Suicide committed on Gazela Bridge

A young man hanged himself from the Gazela Bridge, the Interior Ministry and Belgrade emergency health workers confirmed. According to Belgrade ambulance spokesperson Nada Macura, the suicide occurred on Friday night some time after 20:00 CET, near the first ramp onto the bridge heading from the direction of New Belgrade.

One person was wounded and taken to the emergency room after a shooting in front of a Belgrade café on Friday night. According to Belgrade emergency medical center spokesperson Nada Macura, the patient was taken to the emergency center’s resuscitation unit.

The New Belgrade police station assistant commander died last night from the injuries sustained in a traffic accident. Emergency Center spokeswoman Nada Macura was quoted as saying this morning that a man was treated near Jakovo and then taken to the center where reanimation was attempted.
