Paul Chang has resigned as non-ED wef Jan 18
Reason for cessation: Following Mr Chang’s resignation from HSH Nordbank AG, he has terminated his position to represent the Bank on Uni-Asia’s Board (the "Company"). Mr Chang has accordingly ceased as a non-executive director of the Company.
