IBM is growing its line of Power7 servers with three blades systems that include an entry-level server and a midrange blade. Enterprises can also buy a system that snaps two blades together for up to 16 cores. In addition, IBM is releasing an SMB edition of its AIX 6 OS, and giving businesses a sneak peek at its upcoming AIX 7, which will be in beta this summer.
