Canon has released its superior model ink jet printer at fairly reasonable price of $69.99 in the name of MP 280 Pixma. It is the most suitable printer for home business and small office where the total number of copies taken will be comparatively less. Although this model is less expensive and can be set up easily even at home, this lacks some essential features one would expect in an ink jet printer. It does not provide internet connectivity by wireless mode, and it does not have document feeder.

An MFP for Almost All Seasons
The LaserJet Pro M1536DNF from HP is a solid multifunction printer that supports the new AirPrint feature of Apple iOS, allowing iPad and iPhone users with updated software to print directly from their devices to the printer, without needing to route print jobs through a cloud-based service. It is designed for use in workgroups and small office environments, offers duplex printing as a standard feature and supports high-resolution copying and scanning of documents. It is inexpensive, yet fast, and is suitable wherever a wired connection to network and telephone services is available. Setup of the powerful, but lightweight, multifunction device can be accomplished in less than a half-hour, and the built-in management features mean that most day-to-day management of the printer can be done remotely, if desired. Its not intended for use in heavy-duty use cases, but performs well when faced with a monthly workload of a thousand or two pages. – …
HP, Canon, OKI Data Offer 2010′s Best Printers for Small Businesses
With 2010 drawing to a close, it’s time to take a look at the best printer options for small to medium-size businesses. Thanks to increased competition and a wider range of standard options on multifunction inkjet and laser printers, such as wireless connectivity, larger touch screens and green features designed to save businesses money on power and paper costs, midmarket companies have more choice than ever to find the printer best suited to their needs. In addition, many printers come equipped with advanced security features, including hard disk encryption; image overwrite to electronically "shred" data; fax isolation to prevent unauthorized access to data; and network authentication to restrict access to scan, e-mail and fax features. According to a recent IDC report, the third quarter of 2010 saw higher year-over-year growth for monochrome laser multifunction printers (MFPs) than color laser MFPs: 38 percent versus 21 percent, respectively. A growing market means growing selection for small and midsize businesses, so with that in mind, let’s take a look at some of the best printer deals on the market as the ink dries on 2010. – …
