EULEX asks Marty to provide evidence

EULEX, has asked Council of Europe (CoE) Special Rapporteur Dick Marty to send all the evidence he has to EU prosecutors in Priština.
“EULEX has sent a letter to Mr. Marty where we encourage him to provide the prosecutorial authorities within EULEX with any information or evidence that could shed light on the allegations made in his report,” EULEX spokesman Blerim Krasnici said quoted by Reuters.

S&P to provide research on ADRs traded on Singapore Exchange

Standard & Poor’s Equity Research said on Tuesday it has been appointed by the Singapore Exchange (SGXL.SI) to provide research on American Depository Receipts (ADRs) traded in the city-state.
 
S&P will publish reports on 15 companies whose ADRs are traded in Singapore, including internet search firm Baidu (BIDU.O), China Mobile (0941.HK) and Suntech Power (STP.N). The research will be put on SGX’s website and updated weekly.

ST Electronics unit wins $11m contract to provide ‘Smart’ vehicle, asset tracking devices

ST Engineering’s electronics arm, ST Electronics, announced that its subsidiary, Telematics Wireless, has been awarded a contract worth US$8 million (about $10.9 million) and an option worth US$2 million by Ituran Location and Control to provide “Smart” vehicle and asset tracking devices for the recovery of stolen vehicles and goods. Mermaid Maritime unit wins contract to provide accommodation barge support services

Mermaid Maritime Public Company says subsidiary MTR‐1 has secured a contract from a client operating in the Middle East for accommodation barge support services using the MTR‐1. The contract is expected to generate US$3.2 million ($4.4 million) in revenue. MTR‐1 is expected to start work in the Middle East in early August for at least 160 days.
