RockMelt Nov. 7 launched to limited beta its social Web browser that lets users connect to their Facebook and Twitter accounts. This connection lets users post status updates and share other bits of content right from the browser window. The idea is that users needn’t go directly to Facebook and Twitter to share or even Google.com to search. Flock had a similar idea in 2007, but failed to catch on with the bulk of users even as Google Chrome carved out an 8.5 percent browser market share. ICAP sues 38 Singapore brokers to stop move to rival Tradition SA

ICAP Plc, the world’s biggest broker of trades between banks, sued 38 of its dealers in Singapore and Swiss rival Compagnie Financiere Tradition SA in a bid to block its employees from defecting.

ICAP handles $1 trillion in daily trades and “in one fell swoop” risked losing long-standing relationships with customers including Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Merrill Lynch & Co. and JPMorgan Chase & Co., Kim Rosenkilde, chief executive officer of London-based ICAP’s Asian operations, said in papers filed with the Singapore High Court this month.
